Sleep Guardian Mattress Encasement Review
Okay Mamas lets chat for a moment.
Children are messy, stinky, dirty little human creatures. They are sometimes very forgetful of things. For example the house rule of no food or drink in your bed rooms. Perhaps when that rule gets forgotten, they just so happen to have a cup of apple juice that gets knocked over. Cue the Sleep Guardian Mattress Encasement.
Its a waterproof mattress case. It doesn't just cover the mattress, it protects it from allergens, bed bugs (ew), mites, and your child's cup of juice. It is not a cheap, hard plastic like many cases/covers. Its soft, almost fabric like; which I love since it won't crinkle under a fitted sheet. We have the Sleep Guardian on one of the twin beds. The pockets of the encasement are deep; if you have an extra deep mattress it works wonderfully. I will say because of the deep pockets it is big for our standard sized twin but it came with some zip ties to help tighten as needed. However, we have opted not to use the zip ties.
I would definitely recommend checking it out Sleep Guardian's Mattress Encasement, especially you parents with toddlers and other young children. And it should be notes they have a variety of sizes so one for your child's bed and one for yours. Because Lord knows come Saturday morning when your child attempts to bring you a breakfast in bed, including a big glass of orange juice and they trip.... You are going to wish you had an encasement on your bed as well.
